FVB takes pride in our high standards and strives to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, where our clients are satisfied and trust FVB to provide quality engineering products. Efficient quality management is essential to the success of every project and is considered the responsibility of all employees. We deliver consulting services as outlined in our Quality Assurance Manual, Professional Practice and Management Plans (PPMPs), and contractual agreements, while adhering to industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, and consistently meeting client expectations.
Additionally, FVB has a vigorous Quality Management System ensuring:
- We deliver products and services according to agreed timelines, while maintaining a level of quality that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- We plan, conduct, review, and improve our professional documents and business activities to ensure that our quality standards are always met.
- We hold our hired subconsultants to similar quality requirements that we uphold for ourselves.
- We invest in continual quality improvement through skills development, technical advancement, lessons learned, and internal audits.
In December 2025, FVB has furthered its Quality Management System with a corporate commitment to secure ISO 9001 Certification in 2026 to support its clients who seek this enhanced requirement.
